Tap Bird GO ("the App") is a mobile arcade game developed by an independent developer ("we," "us," or "the Developer"). This policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your choices. By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described here and in our Terms of Service.
The App does not require an account, sign-up, or login. We do not operate any server that collects, stores, or processes personal information from the App.
Your high score and any purchase/ad-removal status are saved locally on your device only, using standard on-device storage. This data is never transmitted to us and is deleted automatically if you uninstall the App.
The App uses your device's audio output for music and sound effects, and haptic feedback (vibration) for gameplay. The App does not access your microphone, camera, contacts, photos, or location, and does not request any permission beyond what is needed for these features.
The App displays optional rewarded video ads served by Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google and its advertising partners may collect and process technical and device information (such as advertising identifiers, IP address, general device information, and app usage data) in accordance with their own privacy policies. We configure ad requests as non-personalized by default, which limits the use of your data for ad personalization to the extent supported by the ad network.

If you purchase the optional "Remove Ads" upgrade, ad requests stop entirely and this data sharing with Google ends going forward.
The App offers an optional one-time "Remove Ads" purchase. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple's App Store — we never receive, see, or store your payment card details, billing address, or other financial information. Apple's own privacy policy governs that transaction; see apple.com/legal/privacy.
We do not collect your name, email address, precise location, contacts, photos, or any government-issued identifiers. We do not sell your data, and we do not share data with third parties except as described above for advertising, which is standard for any ad-supported app.
The App is designed to be suitable for a general audience, including children, and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the relevant age of digital consent in your country). Advertising shown to all users is non-personalized by default. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us using the details below and we will address it promptly. This App is not directed at collecting data from children in violation of COPPA, GDPR-K, or similar children's privacy laws.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding any data associated with you (such as access, correction, or deletion). Because we do not operate servers that store personal data tied to you, most such requests are satisfied simply by uninstalling the App, which removes all locally stored data. For questions about data processed by our advertising partner, please refer to Google's privacy policy linked above, or contact us and we will assist where we are able.
The App may be used by people located in different countries. By using the App, you understand that information handled by our third-party advertising partner may be processed in countries other than your own, subject to that partner's safeguards.
We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we add new features or third-party services. Any changes will be posted at this same URL with an updated "last updated" date. Material changes will also be reflected in the App Store listing's version notes.
